Bags Fly Free

I LOVE Southwest Airlines commercials. My boyfriend works for Southwest so maybe I have a deeper appreciation that most, but I love their bags fly free commercials because they really use their employees and not some random actors. It shows how Southwest has a company culture that is fun and exciting and that the company really cares for their customers. The simple idea of bags fly free is something that the company really capitalized on and it shows why they are one of the greatest airlines around!
